Wowww........ these are some very nice pictures from another friend some time ago. It took him four hours to do one hand. He then photographs it for posterity. We cannot imagine how he did it, the eyes are so remarkably life like. It took him 10 hours to do the two-handed eagle. I strongly beleive there is no shortcut to perfection. Enjoy!

Guiyang Nov 2007
This was my first trip to China with Tai ko, Tai soh and Tai jie. The main purpose was to visit a close relative in Mei-shien. We joined a 9 days tour to Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province. A great number of attractive sights are found here. - The Hongfeng Lake (Red Maple Lake), Huangguoshu Waterfalls, Jia Xiu Tower, Tianxing Qiao, Shui Liandong, Miao Village and others.
I was so amazed by the architecture and scenery. Seeing is believing

a taste of the Old and New
I am not just happy of the home we stayed for more than thirteen years. I am also proud at how it was created. Everything you see from material to accessories................ simple, pratical and spacious . While helping my maid to clean up for the Chinese New Year. I realize some of the "old" and "new" things have been with me for years. Each of it has its remembrance value.
