Hello Blog!

Ok! Now I am back. I have taken a rather extended hiatus from my blog over the last couple of months. I wish I could say that I was busy........... there has been quite a lot of happenings. Now there are just so many things that I don't even know how to start. How about this: Let me start with a joyous occasion celeberated last night (28th May 2011).

Full Month for Kristabelle - Red is always the colour for happy occasion.

(By Chinese Tradition when a daughter is married and she is back to the parent's home for confinement. In return, red cloth is tie to the house to bring happiness and prosperity.)

Happy daddy back from clinic.
(I read an article stated that research found a family with 2 daughters is the happiest family. Can anyone see his "KAN" smile?)

Carolyn organized a full month buffet dinner for friends and relatives.

My Memory Lane

To me, memory is a way of holding onto things I love and never want to lose. It is amazing on how memories are built upon to things or events that may not appeal at times.....................!!
Strolling down my memory lane is like going 0n a treasure hunt. Every image is actually a symbol that represents a specfic event, person or place that is meaningful.

My Memory Lane is a truely unique"museum" with varities of wishing cards, DIY cards from my 3 wonderful children at their early age, photographs, paintings and all occasion gifts. It is worth keeping things which have a significance to them and these things are not replaceable because they are tied to sentiment.

Colourful jellies are simply irresistible to those born with a sweet tooth and especially so for young children. Making jelly requires patience and lots of thought must be put into it. If you prepare it with a happy mood, you will enjoy the delightful process. I shall try to prepare more creative jellies in the future, because it is an ideal choice when it comes to gifting, especially so for birthdays.
Below are some of the jellies which I have choosen the powdered form jelly to prepare. It comes in a packet of 25gm to 1 liter of water. It is easy. You can try!!
